Growth & Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

BlueTree is looking for motivated marketers to drive SaaS growth through data‑driven strategies. You will join a fast‑paced team focused on SEO, paid media, email marketing, and performance optimisation, working closely with product, content, and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO initiatives (on‑page, technical, and content‑led) to generate high‑quality inbound traffic.
• Manage high‑intent paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Design, launch, and optimise scalable email marketing programs, including campaigns, workflows and deliverability.
• Build and maintain growth dashboards, run experiments and optimise performance metrics.
• Own end‑to‑end channel strategy, especially for senior‑level responsibilities.
• Collaborate closely with product, content, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth and performance (role‑dependent).
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a high‑ownership environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data‑driven decision making.
