Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

The Growth Marketing Manager will build a scalable growth engine for a group of fintech and SaaS companies, creating viral loops, referral programmes and content‑driven demand generation aligned with target ICPs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch viral loops and referral programmes using free tools, shareable content and client incentives.
• Own full‑funnel demand generation across paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and organic channels (SEO, LinkedIn content).
• Manage account‑based marketing, email nurture campaigns and event‑to‑pipeline conversion strategies.
• Plan and execute quarterly growth experiments, rapidly testing, pruning low‑performers and scaling winners.
• Configure Zoho CRM and Zoho Marketing Automation workflows, including lead scoring, drip campaigns, SDR handoff and attribution tracking.
• Drive LinkedIn thought‑leadership programmes for senior leadership profiles.
• Build and monitor dashboards tracking CAC, MQL‑to‑SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, channel ROI and viral coefficient.
• Create high‑quality fintech content such as payment flow explainers, operational playbooks and compliance guides for technical decision‑makers.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in growth, demand or performance marketing.
• At least 3 years in B2B tech services, SaaS or fintech.
• Proven track record of building viral loops, referral engines or product‑led growth mechanisms that generate measurable pipeline.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in dashboards, lead scoring, multi‑touch attribution and A/B testing.
• Excellent written and verbal English, targeting UK and EU financial‑services audiences.
