Group Financial Planning & Analysis Operations Lead

About the role

QS is seeking a Group Financial Planning & Analysis Operations Lead to drive budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning and reporting across the organisation. Based in Mumbai on a hybrid schedule, the role will partner with Finance Business Partners to ensure accurate, timely and consistent financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual budget, periodic forecasts and long‑term planning processes, maintaining the Group FP&A calendar and key milestones.
• Monitor planning cycle progress, follow up on actions, ensure submissions are complete, consistent and on time, and escalate risks or delays.
• Consolidate Group budgets, forecasts and long‑term plans into a single view and prepare management reporting and performance packs.
• Ensure Finance Business Partner commentary is structured, decision‑ready and aligned with Group standards.
• Maintain planning templates, guidance and reporting standards, and support consistent application of FP&A methodologies.
• Perform quality‑assurance reviews of planning and reporting submissions, managing version control and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement in the quality, clarity and consistency of financial reporting across the Group.
