About the role

Join our delivery network as a Grocery Delivery Partner, picking up grocery and daily‑need orders from assigned stores or dark stores and delivering them safely to customers. This role offers flexible working hours and can be taken full‑time or part‑time based on your availability.

Key responsibilities

• Collect grocery and daily‑need orders from the designated store or dark store.
• Deliver orders to customers on time, following the route and instructions provided by the delivery app.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers throughout the delivery process.
• Handle orders carefully during transportation to avoid damage.
• Complete deliveries efficiently while adhering to assigned routes and delivery requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Own 4G Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
• Valid Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
• Own bike or scooter for deliveries, with a valid driving licence and up‑to‑date vehicle documents.
