Graphic & Visual Design Associate

About the role

Accenture is looking for a visual storyteller to join its Pursuit Services Graphic Design team. You will create engaging visual concepts that support sales messages and win themes across a variety of proposal deliverables. The role blends imagination with discipline, allowing you to think outside the box while adhering to brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and supporting graphics for client proposals.
• Design and format documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint according to client requirements and Accenture brand standards.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling infographics.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and sales teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Adapt designs based on feedback in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in document and presentation design using Word and PowerPoint on a PC.
• Completion of Accenture’s Graphic Design skills assessment.
• Advanced command of English.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours, with reliable internet and a distraction‑free home office.
