Graphic Designer – Remote

About the role

Challenger App is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its remote team. You will craft visual assets that enhance the learning experience for millions of students using the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret briefs and develop concepts, storyboards, and visual designs for marketing, social media, in‑app screens, banners, and presentations.
• Design graphics that follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Refine visual elements based on feedback and prepare files optimized for various devices and formats.
• Contribute to improved user engagement and brand recognition through learner‑centric design.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, preferably for apps, edtech products, or consumer‑facing platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling ability.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.
