Graphic Designer – Political Campaigns (Contract)

About the role

Varahe Analytics is seeking a Political Graphic Designer to support its communications team for the Goa region. This short‑term contract position will run until February 2027, initially remote with the expectation to relocate to the Panaji office as the campaign progresses.

Key responsibilities

• Create campaign visuals, social media posts, infographics and digital advertisements that simplify complex political ideas.
• Develop branding assets, presentation decks, and print materials such as posters, banners and pamphlets.
• Produce rapid‑response visual content to address fast‑moving political developments.
• Maintain visual consistency across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with content writers, video editors, social media managers and campaign strategists.
• Adapt designs for Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp and print formats while ensuring confidentiality of campaign materials.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of political communication and public messaging in the Goan context.
• Experience managing multiple creative projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Knowledge of After Effects or motion‑graphics tools (advantageous).
