Graphic Designer – Museum Brand & Storytelling

About the role

The City Palace Museum in Jaipur is seeking a Graphic Designer to bring its brand and storytelling to life across digital, print, and environmental media. Working closely with the Creative Lead and marketing team, you will translate briefs into polished, on‑brand design solutions that enhance visitor experience and promote the museum’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for digital, print, and environmental formats, including social media posts, presentations, publications, signage, and marketing collateral.
• Translate creative briefs into clear, effective designs while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital production, ensuring correct file formats, resolutions, and specifications.
• Manage end‑to‑end production of print collateral, coordinating with vendors to guarantee quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and cross‑functional teams to align design output with broader campaigns.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities across different brands.
• Maintain organized design files, assets, and version control for easy access.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and composition.
• Ability to work independently, manage briefs and deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
• Experience with cultural, heritage, or luxury brands is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Experience preparing print‑ready files and managing production processes.
• Basic motion or video‑editing skills.
• Familiarity with digital‑first content and social media formats.
