Graphic Designer – Luxury Branding & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join Della Townships’ Marketing & Brand Communications team in Mumbai. The role focuses on crafting premium visual communication for luxury township, hospitality, and lifestyle projects, ensuring the brand’s storytelling is compelling across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, hoardings, and sales materials.
• Create engaging digital assets for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and performance marketing.
• Develop branding and visual identity elements for township launches, hospitality projects, events, and experiential campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, architecture, hospitality, and business teams to conceptualize creative campaigns.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all communication channels.
• Design high‑impact presentations for investors, partners, customers, and leadership teams.
• Support video teams with graphic elements, motion graphics, and other creative assets.
• Stay updated on design trends, luxury branding, AI design tools, and emerging creative technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience in real estate, luxury brands, hospitality, lifestyle, architecture, or advertising agencies is preferred.
