Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join upCarrera’s marketing team. You will create visual assets that support our educational initiatives and help communicate our brand across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for social media, advertisements, campaigns and other marketing materials.
• Develop visuals that align with upCarrera’s brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative tools.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle several projects at once.
• Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience using Canva.
• Understanding of typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing.
• Basic video editing or motion‑graphics skills (advantageous).
