Graphic Designer

About the role

WSP India is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the GCC UK Specialists team based in India. You will create high‑quality visual assets, reports and interactive content for next‑generation clients, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Produce branded reports, graphics, GIF animations, interactive PDFs and PowerPoint presentations for the UK team.
• Transform outline concepts into polished designs while adhering to agreed deadlines.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions, briefings and team meetings, presenting ideas when required.
• Maintain brand guidelines and act as the primary design contact for UK stakeholders.
• Organise and label assets (photos, presentations, banners) to build a reusable library.
• Develop a deep understanding of WSP UK’s business to improve the relevance of design output.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, creative and innovative mindset.
• Good practical knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with animation tools such as Adobe Animate or After Effects.
• Proactive in defining bid graphics and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to guide stakeholders through the creative process.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and understanding bids/tenders.
• Minimum 3‑4 years of relevant work experience; prior line‑management experience is a plus.
