Graphic Designer

About the role

Della Resorts is seeking a full‑time Graphic Designer to join its on‑site team in Mumbai. You will play a key part in shaping the visual identity of the resort’s hospitality brand and its various sub‑brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand‑consistent visual assets across digital and print media.
• Conceptualise logos, graphics and promotional materials for new initiatives.
• Prepare print‑ready files, source imagery and adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, events and operations teams to translate briefs into effective design solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and support photo/video shoots with design input.
• Ensure timely delivery of all design projects in line with brand guidelines and campaign timelines.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in graphic design with experience in logo design and branding.
• Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for on‑site teamwork.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
