Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team at 11:11 AdTech in Nagpur. The role focuses on producing eye‑catching visual assets for advertising, web and social media campaigns, helping our clients turn ideas into memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital creatives for display ads, website banners and social media posts.
• Produce visual content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with content and motion teams to develop integrated multimedia campaigns.
• Translate brand strategies into cohesive visual identities, brand kits, presentations and pitch decks.
• Maintain consistency with current design trends while ensuring clean, minimal and modern aesthetics.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or startup environment.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Portfolio demonstrating both aesthetic quality and functional design.
• Understanding of layout, typography, branding and current digital trends.
• Familiarity with Canva for quick visual creation (bonus).
