Graphic Designer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing brand‑management startup based in Goa looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual solutions for both print and digital media. You will work closely with clients and our Creative Director to turn concepts into polished designs that reinforce brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs and develop visual concepts that meet strategic goals.
• Design a variety of print and digital collateral, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Propose innovative ideas and enhancements to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while respecting design specifications and budget limits.
• Retouch and manipulate images using industry‑standard software.
• Collaborate with a wide range of media formats and stay current with design trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in graphic arts, design, communications or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional graphic‑design experience.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, print production and web design.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Immediate availability for candidates residing in Goa.

Required skills

• Proficiency with popular graphic‑design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
• HTML and CSS knowledge (optional but advantageous).
• Image retouching and manipulation.
