Graphic Designer

About the role

ADbhoot, a holistic creative‑tech agency, is seeking a Graphic Designer to translate strategic briefs into compelling visual communication across multiple channels. The role blends brand thinking with hands‑on design, leveraging AI‑enhanced workflows to deliver high‑impact assets.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret brand character, campaign objectives and target audiences to create visually striking concepts.
• Design and art‑direct assets for print, OOH, digital, social media, presentations and branded content.
• Maintain brand consistency while injecting fresh, original ideas.
• Use AI tools for concept development, image generation, visual exploration and content adaptation.
• Collaborate with strategy, copy, motion and production teams on integrated campaigns.
• Adapt master creatives to multiple formats and sizes without compromising quality.
• Support pitches through moodboards, mock‑ups, campaign visuals and presentation design.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in advertising, branding or digital communication.
• Strong visual sensibility, attention to detail and solid understanding of typography, colour, composition and layout.
• Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into effective visual solutions.
• Comfort working in cross‑functional, fast‑paced environments.
