Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will join the Corporate Communications team at Voltas, creating visual assets that support internal and external storytelling across a variety of channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual designs for corporate communication materials such as presentations, newsletters, infographics, posters, standees and event collateral.
• Transform complex business and financial information into clear visual formats like charts and pictorial summaries.
• Produce brand‑aligned creatives for digital platforms including emailers, web pages, intranet, social media and microsites.
• Ensure all designs follow Voltas brand guidelines and support brand‑refresh initiatives by creating templates and visual systems.
• Create static and animated assets for videos, reels and GIFs; assist with video editing and motion‑graphics creation.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications, HR, Marketing, Business teams and external partners to understand briefs and deliver quality output on time.
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital deployment, coordinate with printers and vendors, and maintain a digital repository of design assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in corporate design, brand communication or a creative agency environment.
• Strong creative mindset with the ability to translate communication goals into visual narratives.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholder requests.
