Graphic Designer / Illustrator (In-House Studio)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Illustrator to join our in‑house creative studio. You will translate ideas into compelling visual stories across brand, marketing, digital, and product touchpoints, working closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute creatives for brand campaigns, digital platforms, social media, and internal communication.
• Create illustrations, visual systems, icons, and graphic elements to support storytelling.
• Interpret design briefs and deliver high‑quality output quickly and accurately.
• Adapt and extend brand guidelines across multiple formats and platforms.
• Manage several projects simultaneously while meeting turnaround times.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and creative leads to develop visual solutions.
• Incorporate feedback rapidly and iterate designs.
• Ensure visual consistency, quality, and on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in graphic design and illustration.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, digital creatives, brand work, and illustration.
• Graduation in a relevant field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (After Effects a plus).
• Strong illustration skills (vector, digital, or conceptual).
• Basic exposure to 3D tools such as Maya or Blender.
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
