Graphic Designer – Hybrid (South Mumbai)

About the role

The Basics Woman is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to shape the visual language of its modern women’s wellness brand. Working from South Mumbai in a hybrid setting, you will collaborate with marketing and growth teams to produce compelling assets that drive engagement across digital, social, email, packaging and product launch touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design performance‑marketing creatives for Meta, Google and other digital channels.
• Create email templates, landing‑page graphics, website banners and campaign visuals.
• Develop social‑media content and reusable templates for Instagram and other platforms.
• Support product launches with packaging adaptations, promotional graphics and launch assets.
• Maintain visual consistency while introducing fresh design ideas across all customer touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality work within tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably with consumer, D2C or wellness brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, branding and visual storytelling.
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, colour and modern design systems.
• Ability to think beyond execution and contribute creatively to campaigns.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Figma.
• AI‑powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Gemini, Nano Banana and ChatGPT.
• Basic video‑editing tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro.
