Graphic Designer – Full‑Time (Remote/Onsite)

About the role

Fuelled is looking for a full‑time Graphic Designer who will turn ideas into high‑quality visual assets on time and with precision. You will work closely with the Design Lead, Marketing Lead and Performance team to keep the brand’s premium look consistent across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, ads, website hero images, product launch assets, email visuals and affiliate materials.
• Adapt designs to multiple formats (Instagram, banners, email, etc.) while following brand guidelines.
• Maintain strict brand consistency and avoid generic catalogue‑style visuals.
• Follow a disciplined workflow: acknowledge tasks, clarify briefs, respect a two‑review‑cycle, and upload organized files.
• Collaborate with the Design Lead, Marketing Lead and Performance team to ensure calm, on‑time execution.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of professional design experience.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout and spacing.
• Highly organized with excellent file‑management habits.
• Enjoys structured work, meets deadlines, values feedback and aims to improve craft.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Figma or a comparable design tool.
