Graphic Designer – Clean Beauty Startup

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Graphic Designer to create bold, scroll‑stopping visuals for our clean‑beauty and wellness brand. You will work closely with the brand team to translate ideas into compelling packaging, digital, and social media assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging, labels, social media posts, website graphics, ads, campaigns and product launches.
• Build and evolve the brand system, including brand books, templates, presentations and digital assets.
• Turn raw ideas and briefings into impactful visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools to accelerate workflows without compromising quality.
• Manage multiple tasks, fast turnarounds and shifting priorities.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency with CorelDraw and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Comfortable using AI‑driven design tools for image generation, enhancements and layout support.
• Experience with beauty, lifestyle, wellness or sustainability brands is a plus.
• Excellent eye for detail, typography and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work quickly, independently and communicate clearly in writing.
