Graphic Designer (AI & Photoshop) – D2C

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who blends strong Photoshop expertise with AI‑driven tools to produce fast, high‑quality creatives for our D2C platform. The role will own a large portion of the daily visual output, ensuring consistency and rapid iteration across all assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design thumbnails, banners, widget icons, and marketing creatives for digital platforms.
• Leverage AI image‑generation tools for ideation and to create multiple creative variations.
• Refine AI‑generated concepts manually in Adobe Photoshop to meet brand standards.
• Produce several versions quickly for A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Maintain visual consistency and quality across all assets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of digital‑first, platform‑led design principles.
• Experience creating posters, banners, ads, thumbnails, or performance‑focused creatives.
• Ability to transform rough ideas into polished visuals with fast execution and ownership mindset.
