Graphic Communication Co-worker

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Communication Co‑worker to support the visual and media needs of our new Small Store L in South Bangalore. The role combines creative design, print production and store‑level visual merchandising to deliver a complete IKEA experience in a compact format.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce store media, signage and visual concepts that follow the IKEA visual and verbal identity.
• Manage the end‑to‑end print production process, including pre‑press, printer coordination and quality control.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure range presentation, layout and display techniques align with IKEA standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with home‑furnishing trends and incorporate them into visual solutions.
• Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Required profile

• Education in graphic communication design, media, typography or a related field.
• Strong visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to explain concepts verbally and through visual interpretation.
• Self‑organised, able to prioritise work and meet agreed deadlines.
• Enthusiastic about teamwork, fast‑paced assignments and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using graphic design software, printers, pre‑press production and print techniques.
• Knowledge of IKEA range presentation, store media, layout and visual identity.
