Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in the Probationary Trainee Development Program to understand organisational structure, business functions and operational processes.
• Assist teams in executing operational and business initiatives, including business analysis, research, reporting and process‑improvement projects.
• Utilise business productivity tools and digital platforms, applying data analysis and reporting techniques to support decision‑making.
• Develop awareness of AI, automation, digital transformation and emerging technologies, leveraging digital tools to improve efficiency.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability and ownership in all assigned tasks while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
