About the role

Collab Lab is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead technology‑driven government projects in the education sector. The role involves close coordination with government officers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage ongoing government projects across the education sector.
• Interact regularly with government officers for updates, reviews, and alignment.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely execution of deliverables according to defined schedules.
• Monitor project performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
• Use IT tools, dashboards, and websites for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Handle remote coordination with field teams and external stakeholders when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Engineering, MBA or M.Tech degree.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in project or stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional demeanor when dealing with government stakeholders.
• Well‑groomed, formal and disciplined work approach.
