Google Ads Marketing Manager

About the role

Eden is seeking an experienced Google Ads Marketing Manager to own and scale its paid search function. You will manage the full lifecycle of Google Ads campaigns to drive patient acquisition for its telehealth services and new product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube and Demand Gen.
• Define and execute paid‑search strategies aligned with patient‑acquisition goals and new‑category launches (HRT, TRT, peptides, labs).
• Manage budgets, pacing and allocation to maximise return against nCAC and payback targets.
• Coordinate with Eden’s digital agency on demand‑creation channels while providing clear briefs, KPIs and performance expectations.
• Navigate Google’s healthcare and pharmacy advertising policies, handle disapprovals, appeals and ensure compliance before spend.
• Drive continuous optimisation through structured testing, keyword research, Smart Bidding, audience signals and automated rules.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking impressions, clicks, conversions, CAC, payback and contribution margin; deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple formats (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen).
• Familiarity with healthcare and pharmacy advertising policies, including pharmacy certification requirements such as LegitScript.
• Ability to work closely with a digital agency, data team and legal/compliance partners.
• Strong analytical mindset to build reporting dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.
