Golf Course Worker I – Part‑time

About the role

Under the close supervision of the Golf Course Division Manager or Clubhouse Manager, the Golf Course Worker I performs skilled maintenance tasks on the golf course and driving range. The position is part‑time, onsite, and involves operating a variety of equipment to keep the course safe and welcoming for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and service golf carts, chargers, and related electrical equipment.
• Operate and clean pressure washers, washing machines, dryers, ball pickers, ball washers, and mowers.
• Inspect course equipment daily and report any issues that could affect course availability.
• Communicate with clubhouse staff and the public, providing courteous assistance and information.
• Use radios and other communication tools to coordinate maintenance activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.
• At least 15 years of age with a valid Utah driver’s license or learner’s permit.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and staff.

Required skills

• Knowledge of golf‑course maintenance tools and machinery.
• Operation of pressure washers, washing machines, dryers, golf‑cart chargers, ball pickers, ball washers, and mowers.
• Radio operation and basic equipment troubleshooting.
