Global Quality Assurance Manager – HSEQ

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Global Quality Assurance Manager to lead and continuously improve our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Management System across all sites. You will ensure ISO compliance, drive audits, and foster a strong quality culture throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the global HSEQ Management System, ensuring consistent practices across locations.
• Update processes and documentation to meet business, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the global internal audit program and coordinate ISO certification and surveillance audits.
• Support sites with audit planning, execution, corrective‑action closure, and share best practices.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, corrective‑action activities, and cross‑functional improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training on management systems, internal auditing, ISO standards and quality principles.
• Track HSEQ KPIs, analyse data, prepare dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Act as the global point of contact for HSEQ system requirements and drive collaboration across sites.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in Quality Management, HSEQ, Auditing or related functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing ISO‑certified management systems and external audits.
• Strong knowledge of corrective actions, non‑conformance management and root‑cause analysis.
• Successful track record of leading global process‑improvement initiatives and maintaining ISO certifications.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
