Global Learning Transformation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Global Training Manager to lead the design, development, and execution of learning solutions that support a large‑scale finance transformation programme. Reporting to the Global Finance Training Lead, you will own the end‑to‑end learning and enablement strategy and lead a team of training professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver learning solutions for the Polaris finance transformation programme.
• Own the end‑to‑end learning and enablement strategy across multiple regions.
• Lead a team of training professionals to create impactful learning experiences.
• Ensure learning interventions are scalable, measurable and aligned with programme objectives.
• Partner with global stakeholders, influence decision‑making and drive user adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Global Training or Learning Transformation manager.
• Strategic yet hands‑on leadership style.
• Ability to work in a complex, multi‑regional transformation environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
