Global HR Shared Services Assistant

About the role

As a member of the Global HR Shared Services Center, you will support regional and local HR teams worldwide with day‑to‑day administrative processes. You will work across multiple time zones, collaborating with a close‑knit global network that values teamwork, ownership, and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process employee paperwork for new hires, promotions, transfers, exits and other changes.
• Maintain personnel records in line with legal requirements and internal standards.
• Support onboarding activities, background verification, induction plans and welcome communications.
• Handle employee documentation requests such as verification letters, references and visa invitation letters.
• Produce reports on employee data, including distribution lists, anniversaries and milestones.
• Assist internal audits by providing required documentation and timely responses.

Required profile

• Graduation degree.
• 1–3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services or a process‑driven role.
• Familiarity with Workday or other HR ERP systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in German (B2/C1) for supporting China‑related activities.
