Global Head of Human Resources

About the role

The Global Head of Human Resources will steer TAC Security’s worldwide HR function, shaping people strategy, organizational effectiveness and culture as the company scales across markets. Reporting to senior leadership, this role partners closely with executives to build a high‑performance, people‑first organization that supports rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global HR strategy aligned with business objectives, including organizational design, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for technical, sales, product, cybersecurity and corporate functions, building employer brand and optimizing recruitment metrics.
• Design and manage performance management frameworks (KPIs, OKRs, annual reviews) and drive a culture of continuous feedback.
• Create leadership development, learning programs and career progression pathways, addressing capability gaps.
• Foster employee engagement, inclusion, recognition and wellness initiatives while handling employee relations.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, HRMS, attendance, leave management and ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple regions.
• Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures, lead salary benchmarking and incentive program design.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a global HR function in a fast‑growing organization.
• Strong partnership skills with executive leadership on strategic people decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable HR processes and drive organizational performance.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development and compensation.
• In‑depth knowledge of multi‑region labor law compliance and HR governance.
