Global Finance Manager

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global Finance Manager to lead its Global Cost Sharing Team. You will design, execute, and evolve BCG’s global cost sharing model, ensuring transparent and consistent allocation of costs across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of global cost sharing processes for planning and actuals.
• Lead rate setting and allocation methodologies with regional and global stakeholders.
• Drive actuals reporting, variance analysis, and translate outputs into business insights.
• Partner with finance teams across regions to align assumptions, resolve issues, and improve outcomes.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on cost allocation impacts.
• Maintain and evolve cost sharing policies, ensuring clarity and fit‑for‑purpose.
• Oversee and enhance cost sharing systems for accuracy, scalability, and control.
• Identify automation, simplification, and process improvement opportunities.
• Communicate policy updates and changes to a global audience.

Required profile

• Strong finance and technical expertise with a foundation in accounting, FP&A, and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, capable of handling large, complex datasets and building scalable models.
• Analytical capability, attention to detail, and strong critical‑thinking skills.
