Global Finance Manager – Cost Sharing

About the role

The Global Finance Manager – Cost Sharing will lead the design, execution, and evolution of BCG’s worldwide cost sharing model. This role ensures transparent and consistent allocation of costs across the firm, supporting better decision‑making and financial clarity for senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of global cost sharing processes for both planning and actuals.
• Lead rate‑setting and allocation methodology development, collaborating with regional and global partners.
• Drive actuals reporting, variance analysis, and translate results into clear business insights.
• Partner with finance teams across regions and functions to align assumptions, resolve issues, and improve outcomes.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on cost allocation impacts and financial performance.
• Maintain and evolve cost sharing policies, ensuring they remain fit‑for‑purpose.
• Oversee and enhance cost sharing systems, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and control.
• Identify automation, simplification, and process‑improvement opportunities.
• Lead communication of policy updates to a global audience.

• Finance and technical expertise.
• Strong foundation across accounting, FP&A, and management reporting.
• Analytical capability with high attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
