Global Controller

About the role

The Global Controller will lead controllership for Onpoint Healthcare Partners across India, Mexico and the United States. Reporting to the CFO, the role ensures U.S. GAAP compliance, audit readiness and robust financial controls for a fast‑growing healthcare technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close for three countries, including intercompany accounting, eliminations and foreign‑currency adjustments.
• Prepare accurate statutory and management financial statements and lead external and tax audits.
• Maintain global accounting policies, internal controls and documentation standards.
• Oversee revenue recognition for subscription and services contracts under ASC 606 and manage deferred revenue schedules.
• Direct cost accounting, COGS classification and margin reporting across regions.
• Supervise payroll, vendor, accruals, balance‑sheet reconciliations and cash‑management processes.
• Coordinate with local advisors to ensure statutory compliance and support transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Ensure data integrity in ERP systems and drive process standardisation, close acceleration and audit readiness.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Extensive experience with U.S. GAAP, multi‑country consolidations and public‑company audit cycles.
• Proven ability to design and enforce global accounting policies and internal controls.
• Strong collaboration skills with CFO, finance directors and tax advisors.
