German Language Trainer – Classroom Instructor

About the role

We are looking for a German Language Trainer to deliver high‑quality classroom instruction at our offices in Gujarat, Chennai or Bangalore. The role focuses on adult learners and follows the CEFR framework to ensure measurable language progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom‑based German language training sessions for adult learners.
• Design and adapt curricula that align with CEFR levels (B2‑C1).
• Assess learner performance, provide feedback, and track progress.
• Maintain attendance records and prepare training reports.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers to share best practices and improve course material.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience teaching or training German to adults.
• German language certification at B2‑C1 level; C1 preferred.
• Strong background in CEFR‑aligned teaching methodology.
• Comfortable delivering instruction in a classroom setting.

Required skills

• German language proficiency (C1 or strong B2).
• Knowledge of CEFR teaching standards.
• Adult education techniques.
