General Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

Londe Jewellers Gold & Diamonds is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations across its four Nagpur showrooms. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive sales performance, enhance customer experience, and ensure operational excellence in a high‑value jewellery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales targets, inventory control, and store presentation across multiple locations.
• Lead, coach, and schedule showroom teams, fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements.
• Handle escalated customer issues and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, promotions, and revenue growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or jewellery store management, preferably multi‑location.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage high‑value purchases.
• Leadership skills with experience in performance management and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, retail management or equivalent senior‑level experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site full time and manage peak‑season workloads.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Competence in basic office software for data analysis and reporting.
