General Manager – Marketing (SEO & Performance Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for a General Manager – Marketing to own and scale our organic and paid growth engine. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution across SEO, SEM and performance marketing to drive traffic, conversions and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end SEO strategy (technical, on‑page, off‑page) to grow organic traffic, keyword rankings and conversions.
• Lead SEM and paid acquisition on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), handling campaign planning, budgeting, bidding, audience targeting and creative performance.
• Own performance tracking, dashboards and reporting using GA4, Search Console and ad platforms, ensuring accurate attribution and conversion tracking.
• Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages and funnels, translating data into actionable growth insights.
• Collaborate with product, tech, content, store operations, visual merchandising, buying and business teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.
• Build, lead and mentor a high‑performing SEO and performance marketing team, setting KPIs and fostering a feedback‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in SEO and performance marketing, with a track record of scaling traffic and revenue.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data‑driven decision making and reporting.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, able to work with product, tech, content and commercial teams.
• Leadership experience managing agencies and building high‑performing marketing teams.
