General Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a General Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of all hotel facilities. You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of systems, supporting guest comfort and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on air‑conditioning, electrical, refrigeration, fire‑life‑safety (FLS) equipment, low‑voltage systems, plumbing, drainage, and other building services.
• Maintain and repair furniture, fixtures, painting, kitchen and laundry equipment, guest rooms, F&B outlets, and banquet areas.
• Communicate improvements and service disruptions to engineering management and team leaders.
• Apply safe work practices, preventive maintenance procedures, and efficient repair methods.
• Follow hotel and department policies, and continuously develop technical skills through training.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to read technical drawings and adhere to safety standards.
• Technical certification or experience in industrial/facility maintenance is preferred.
