GB/G Accounts Receivable Team Co-Ordinator

About the role

The GB/G Accounts Receivable Team Co-Ordinator will lead a finance team in Hyderabad, ensuring that accounts‑receivable processes are executed in line with service level agreements and global policies. The role combines operational oversight, team development and continuous improvement within BASF’s new Global Hub in India.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the manager on team member development, performance evaluations and recruitment.
• Assign tasks, monitor tools and KPIs, and ensure timely achievement of objectives.
• Act as first‑level escalation for process issues and propose improvements.
• Drive and support strategic or technological innovation projects.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings across the region.
• Supervise monthly closing activities, internal/external audits, year‑end footnotes and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a comparable field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounts receivable.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast‑paced global environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced SAP skills.
• Intermediate PowerBI knowledge.
