GATE‑Qualified Technical Trainer – Computer Science

About the role

We are seeking a GATE‑qualified Technical Trainer to deliver high‑quality computer science training across multiple locations. The role involves teaching core CS concepts, preparing learners for technical interviews and competitive exams, and mentoring them throughout their learning journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on core computer science subjects.
• Teach concepts using practical examples, coding exercises, and real‑world applications.
• Design and deliver structured learning modules, presentations, assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
• Mentor students, clarify technical doubts, and provide personalized guidance.
• Identify learning gaps and prepare learners for technical interviews, coding assessments, and competitive examinations.
• Evaluate student performance and give constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with current technologies, programming practices, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the academic/content team to improve curriculum and learning resources.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E./MCA in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• GATE qualification (mandatory/preferred) with a strong score/rank.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners of varying levels.
