About the role

Treemendous is seeking a dedicated Gardener to join its Mumbai team. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on maintaining both indoor and outdoor green spaces, including vertical gardens, moss walls, and premium planter installations, ensuring they remain healthy and visually appealing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, weeding, and soil care.
• Support the installation and ongoing upkeep of vertical gardens, moss walls, and custom planter arrangements.
• Monitor and adjust irrigation systems, applying appropriate watering schedules.
• Apply fertilizers, pest‑control measures, and other plant‑care treatments as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with design and maintenance teams and interact professionally with clients on site.

Required profile

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture, preferably in urban or corporate environments.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow maintenance schedules.
• Good communication skills for teamwork and client interaction.
