About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Gardener to join our team at Aman-i‑Khás, an intimate tented camp on the edge of Ranthambore National Park. The role supports the Food & Beverage department by providing fresh, home‑grown herbs, fruits and vegetables that enhance our culinary offerings and guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivate a variety of herbs, fruits and vegetables for use in the property’s kitchens.
- Perform planting, pruning and general landscaping tasks throughout the camp grounds.
- Maintain garden beds, irrigation systems and soil health to ensure sustainable production.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to align produce availability with menu requirements.
Required profile
- Ability to work outdoors in a camp environment and perform physical gardening tasks.
