Fund Administrator II

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Fund Administrator II to support the review of financial statements for mutual funds and ETFs across U.S. and Canada domiciles. The role involves complex data analysis, regulatory filing preparation, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial reporting templates and documentation.
• Review financial statements, including statements of assets and liabilities, operations, changes in net assets, and cash flows.
• Conduct financial data analysis and ensure completeness and accuracy of statements, including notes.
• Prepare and review regulatory filings (e.g., SEDAR+) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related area.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
