Functional Steward – Walk‑In Interview, Bangalore (June 10)

About the role

Infosys BPM is conducting a walk‑in interview on 10 June for a DG Functional Steward position in Bangalore. The role focuses on managing hierarchies, master data governance and data quality to support business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain hierarchy and master data documentation, standards and policies.
• Define and publish data quality standards, KPIs and metrics for master data attributes.
• Evaluate new data sources for quality compliance and enrich the Business Data Glossary.
• Collaborate with project management and enterprise architecture to align hierarchy and reference data strategies.
• Develop, test and roll out governance workflow processes, including UAT coordination.
• Communicate changes in hierarchies and governance processes to stakeholders and user communities.
• Act as primary quality control analyst for master data entities and produce data profiling, monitoring reports and audits.

Required profile

• 10‑13 years of experience in data governance, master data management or related fields.
• Graduation degree.
• Notice period of 0‑15 days.
• Ability to work onsite in Bangalore Phase‑2.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of hierarchy management, master data governance and data quality processes.
• Experience with data profiling, monitoring and reporting.
• Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and reference data concepts.
