Full‑time Telesales Representative (On‑site)

About the role

The Telesales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Coimbatore, handling both outbound and inbound calls to promote the company’s products and services, qualify leads and close sales in line with targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to generate and qualify sales leads.
• Present product features and benefits, address objections and close sales.
• Document all interactions in the company’s systems and follow up on potential leads.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism during each call.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to refine sales strategies.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on offerings, scripts and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with clear communication and active listening.
• Excellent customer service and support abilities.
• Proven sales capability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Willingness to receive training and apply feedback.
• Prior experience in telesales, call‑center or inside‑sales (preferred).
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum high school diploma; higher education is an advantage.
