About the role

As a Full‑time Sales Advisor you will be the welcoming face of a premium fashion brand under the H&M Group, based in Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bangalore. You will deliver high‑level service, guide customers through the shopping journey, and help showcase the brand’s latest collections.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, initiate conversations and provide personalized assistance on the shop floor.
• Operate the cash desk, manage fitting rooms and support checkout processes.
• Process deliveries, replenish stock and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Maintain a tidy and inviting store environment, including fitting rooms and display areas.
• Collaborate with team members to create memorable shopping experiences.
