Full‑time Housekeeper – Gurugram

About the role

H2C Staff Solutions is seeking a reliable full‑time Housekeeper to work on‑site at a client location in Gurugram. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned areas, ensuring a hygienic environment for residents, guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and disinfecting surfaces.
• Make beds, change linen, wash and iron clothes, and replenish supplies.
• Ensure bathrooms and common areas meet hygiene standards.
• Interact with residents, guests and team members to address basic service requests.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow the established cleaning schedule and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience in housekeeping operations, including room and common‑area cleaning, sanitising and basic maintenance.
• Proficiency in laundry tasks such as sorting, washing, drying, ironing and proper garment care.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills to handle simple requests and questions.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage daily schedules, prioritise tasks and keep records or checklists.
