Full‑Time Graphic Design Faculty (On‑Site)

About the role

INSD Mohali is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Faculty member to teach Graphic Design. The role involves delivering classroom and studio instruction, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons on graphic design fundamentals, typography, layout, and visual communication.
• Prepare teaching materials, conduct critiques, and guide student projects and assignments.
• Mentor students on portfolio development and supervise practical studio work.
• Participate in curriculum design, academic assessments, faculty meetings, and institute events.
• Stay updated with current design trends, emerging tools, and industry practices.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in graphic design principles, visual communication, typography, and layout.
• Experience in classroom teaching, training, or mentoring in design, including lesson planning and assessment.
• Portfolio demonstrating professional or academic graphic design work across print and digital media.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse learners.
