Fullstack Mobile Developer – AI

About the role

We are seeking talented Fullstack Mobile Developers to design, build, test, and ship high‑quality mobile applications for a global loyalty platform. This role is AI‑augmented, meaning you will regularly use AI‑assisted development tools such as code generators, debugging assistants, and automated testing utilities to accelerate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain mobile apps across Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift/Objective‑C), and Flutter (Dart).
• Own features end‑to‑end: design, implementation, unit testing, code review, and release coordination.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and PI planning.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code following established standards and architectural patterns.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API integration, data contracts, and end‑to‑end delivery.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and automated test suites (Jest, Detox, Appium).
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Support release activities such as regression testing, build verification, and market‑specific configuration validation.

Required profile

• Proven experience using AI‑assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) in daily development workflows.
• Demonstrated measurable productivity improvements through AI tool adoption.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend AI tools for team use.
• Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift/Objective‑C), Flutter (Dart); willingness to deepen expertise across all three.
• Experience with RESTful API integration, JSON handling, and mobile‑backend communication.
• Familiarity with Git‑based workflows, pull‑request processes, and branch management on GitHub.
