Fullstack Engineer – Modern Web Development

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. The role involves working across the entire technology stack, from user‑facing interfaces to backend services and databases, in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive front‑end features using React and Redux.
• Build robust back‑end services and APIs in Python and Java.
• Integrate and manage data storage solutions.
• Ship production‑ready features independently and iterate based on user feedback.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in real time.
• Leverage AI coding assistants such as Claude or Codex to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.

Required profile

• Strong programming fundamentals across modern front‑end, back‑end, APIs, and databases.
• Proven ability to deliver a real product or meaningful production feature without extensive supervision.
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills, capable of filling missing context.
• Product‑focused mindset with discipline in scope management and willingness to challenge unnecessary complexity.
• Ownership mentality from development through deployment, monitoring, and post‑release fixes.
