About the role
Employed is seeking a reliable full-time Truck Driver to join our transportation team in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The role involves safely operating trucks to move goods to designated locations while upholding the company’s standards for safety and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Drive assigned trucks to transport cargo to customers and distribution points.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Securely load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and the operations team regarding delivery status.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a truck driver with a valid CDL Class A license.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Dependable, punctual and able to manage time effectively.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety guidelines.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
